ABOUT US
Meganova was founded in Istanbul in 2018 by engineers with diverse academic and professional backgrounds who have worked with international teams in the field of health, safety and environment (HSE).
Its founding purpose is to address HSE practices not only within the framework of legal compliance but also to develop holistic, innovative, and sustainable solutions based on international best practices. This understanding is embodied in the "Beyond HSE Compliance" vision that underpins Meganova's approach. The company transcends traditional approaches and delivers services in line with strategic thinking, digitalization, and sustainable development goals.
In 2019, with the vision of serving the European market, the company launched its European office in Gothenburg, Sweden. In 2023, operations in Turkey were transferred to Sweden, and Meganova's headquarters were moved to Gothenburg. Between 2020 and 2025, it implemented digital transformation projects in the Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, and Denmark), known for their high sustainability standards.
Since 2020, he has been providing environmental and social risk management consultancy services in investment projects of international financial institutions such as the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).
Operating in many sectors, including energy, cement, construction, textile, logistics and manufacturing, Meganova offers tailor-made solutions for the corporate risk management and corporate capacity building needs of organizations in the fields of HSE and sustainability.
Meganova, a member of the Swedish Engineering Industries Association (Teknikföretagen) and the Swedish Waste Management Institute (Avfall Sverige), plays an active role in the development of digital transformation and innovative security technologies as a component of the Turkish Artificial Intelligence Initiative (TRAI) ecosystem in Türkiye.
