Meganova was founded in Istanbul in 2018 by a multidisciplinary team of experts in the field of health, safety, and environment (HSE). The company's founding vision is not limited to addressing HSE practices solely within the framework of legal requirements, but rather to develop holistic, innovative, and sustainable solutions based on international best practices.

Meganova's "Beyond Compliance" approach goes beyond the traditional corrective-preventive approach and reflects its commitment to strategic thinking, digitalization and producing services aligned with sustainable development goals.

Operating in a wide range of sectors such as energy, cement, concrete, construction, textile and manufacturing, Meganova offers consultancy, training and auditing services to meet the institutional capacity building needs of organizations in the field of HSE and sustainability.

With the transfer of digital transformation services developed in 2019 to the European market, activities were expanded in Gothenburg, Sweden; and since 2020, environmental and social risk management consultancy has begun to be provided in investment projects of international financial institutions such as the World Bank (WB), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

Following collaborations established in Sweden and the United Kingdom between 2020 and 2022, the company headquarters was moved to Gothenburg in 2023 and the Turkish operations were integrated into the Swedish headquarters.

As a component of the Swedish Engineering Industries Association, the Swedish Waste Management Institute and the Turkish Artificial Intelligence Initiative, Meganova sees it as an institutional responsibility to contribute to collective development efforts in the field of HSE.
