Purpose of the Service

The OHS Leadership and Cultural Development Program is a comprehensive consulting service designed to strengthen organizational safety culture, develop managers' behavioral leadership competencies, and sustainably improve HSE performance. The program systematically addresses leadership behaviors, employee engagement, communication processes, and cultural indicators.

Method

Consulting is conducted through senior management interviews, field observations, culture surveys, focus groups, and behavioral analyses. Findings are reported as a current situation analysis, culture maturity level, and development roadmap. Coaching sessions, workshops, and field leadership assessments are integrated into the process.
