Purpose of the Service
Corporate HSE Consulting is a comprehensive consulting service offered to businesses to align their health, safety, and environmental management capabilities with international standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. This service aims to increase corporate HSE maturity by addressing policies, procedures, organization, risk management, performance indicators, and management processes in a holistic manner. The goal is to strengthen the HSE culture at all levels of the business, reduce operational risks, and establish sustainable performance management.

• Analysis of the current HSE management system and gap assessment
• Creating or updating policies, procedures, instructions, records and other system documents
