Institutional Needs and Solution Approach


In many organizations, OHS practices are limited to fulfilling legal obligations; they are implemented in a fragmented and reactive manner, from leadership to field implementation. When processes are not integrated into the corporate culture, lasting transformation cannot be achieved, and even if accident rates decrease, the risk profile remains unchanged. This program aims to ensure that OHS becomes a corporate value, integrated with leadership, and transformed into a system of excellence aligned with field reality.

Scope of Service

  • 5-day on-site GAP analysis (with 2-3 consultants)

  • Performance evaluation according to international standards (ISO 45001, EBRD PR4, ILO guides)

  • Creating an organization-specific "OHS Excellence Journey" map

  • Addressing OHS processes with leadership, culture, organization and systematic management dimensions

  • Determining the development level and maturity level for each dimension

  • Proposing training, coaching, monitoring and re-evaluation mechanisms

Outputs and Gains

  • Detailed GAP analysis and scoring excellence assessment

  • Institution-specific development plan (0–3 year roadmap)

  • Organizational risk profile and field-focused feedback

  • Clarification of leadership roles and OHS KPIs

  • Leadership interviews and field observations

  • Checklists structured according to ISO 45001, BSC 5 Star, ILO and EBRD guidelines

  • Risk-based approach and data-driven analysis

  • Evaluation based on observable behaviors, process indicators, and cultural parameters

Duration and Format

Duration: 5 days field visit + 8 days reporting (2–3 weeks in total)

Format: Face-to-face fieldwork + remote analysis and reporting

Participant Profile: Senior management, OHS teams, field managers
