The Goal of Education
This training aims to strengthen the role of managers and team leaders in fostering a safety culture and to equip them with a leadership approach that encourages safe behaviors. Participants will acquire the skills to sustainably improve occupational safety performance through effective communication, observation, and feedback techniques.

Program Content
• The concept of security leadership and behavior-based approaches
• Leadership styles, role model behavior and trust creation
• Effective communication and active listening techniques
• Practical applications that increase employee engagement
• Stages of development of security culture
• Behavioral observations and feedback processes
• Leadership indicators and performance tracking
• Building a bridge of trust between the manager and the employee
• Case analysis with real event examples
• Sustainable performance relationship with OHS leadership

Duration of Education
1 day (8 hours)

ISO 45001, ISO 45003, ISO 10018, International HSE Leadership Frameworks

Education Method
Training can be delivered in both face-to-face classroom settings and online interactive sessions. Leadership skills are practiced through group work, role-playing, case study discussions, and interactive assessments.

Certificate
A short evaluation will be given at the end of the program. Successful participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.

Necessary Preliminary Information
There are no special prerequisites for participating in the training.

Number of Participants
Maximum of 12 people per group.

Suitable for managers, supervisors, team leaders, project managers and OHS professionals.

Instructor
Training is provided by competent instructors experienced in international leadership and behavioral safety programs.
