Purpose of the Service
Construction HSE Management Consultancy aims to systematically manage occupational health, safety and environmental risks in construction site environments, control contractor performance and maintain safe working conditions sustainably throughout the project.
This service aims to reduce accidents, downtime and non-compliance by ensuring the implementation of HSE requirements in all processes from the design phase to field applications.
Scope of Service
• Creation of HSE management plan, emergency plan and contractor HSE requirements for project start
• Structuring risk assessment, method statement, work permit system and critical activity controls
• Review of construction site layout, traffic flow, pedestrian paths, access-work platforms and barrier plans
• Evaluation of contractors' and subcontractors' HSE competencies
• Special HSE controls for tower cranes, scaffolding, excavation, lifting-transportation, power lines and confined space works
• Development of daily/weekly field inspection plan, behavioral observation system and reporting formats
• Environmental management elements: noise, dust, waste management, water use, environmental protection measures
• HSE orientation, toolbox talk and training program support for field workers and management teams
• Determination and monitoring of HSE performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the project
• Employer-contractor coordination mechanism that strengthens the integration of design-construction-operation
