Purpose of the Service
It aims to control health, safety and operational risks that may arise in concerts, festivals, sports events, corporate meetings, launches and indoor/outdoor organizations.
Scope of Service
• HSE risk analysis appropriate to the type and scale of the event (crowd management, access, fire, weather conditions, technical equipment)
• Venue inspection: evacuation routes, emergency access, stage/stand/infrastructure safety
• Safety assessment for temporary structures (stage, tent, platform, tower, lighting rigs)
• Electrical infrastructure security, generator-cable management and load distribution controls
• Modeling of crowd and pedestrian flow, identification of risky congestion-pressure areas
• Medical response capacity, first aid points and health service planning
• Defining the HSE roles of the contractor, technical team and operations teams
• Preventive planning for the effects of weather conditions (wind, precipitation, temperature) on the event
• Preparation of emergency, security, communication and evacuation plans
• Field surveillance on the day of the event, final checks before opening and closing security assessment
