Purpose of the Service
Business Continuity and Crisis Management Consultancy is provided to ensure that organizations can continue their operations in unexpected situations such as crises, disasters, cyber attacks, supply chain interruptions or operational shutdowns.
The goal is not only to improve emergency response processes but also to create a culture of corporate resilience at all levels of the organization.

• Institutional resilience maturity assessment (organization, risk profile, IT systems, supply chain)
• Business Impact Analysis (BIA): identifying critical processes, dependencies and acceptable downtime
• Risk Assessment & Scenario Planning: natural disasters, fires, epidemics, cyberattacks, power outages and supply chain disruptions

Method
The study is conducted through executive interviews, field surveys, BIA sessions, risk and scenario modeling studies, crisis desk simulations, and exercise planning. Findings are presented in the form of a BIA report, risk assessment, BCP set, crisis management model, and implementation roadmap.
