Educational Goal
This training aims to raise awareness of gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) in the workplace, develop prevention policies, and ensure integration into the OSH management system. Participants will gain skills to identify and prevent GBVH risks within ethical, behavioral, and legal frameworks.
Program Content
• GBVH concept, types and legal basis
• Fundamental principles of ILO Conventions No. 190 and 206
• Gender-based risk factors and effects in the work environment
• Intersections with psychosocial risks
• GBVH prevention policy and internal procedure development
• Notification, support and resolution mechanisms
• Incident investigation and confidentiality principles
• Employee engagement and safe reporting culture
• Awareness training and managerial responsibilities
• Real case studies and good practice examples

4 hours

Education Method
The training is conducted through case discussions, group work, and short interactive presentations. Participants create a sample GBVH prevention plan for their own institution.
Certificate
At the end of the program, a short evaluation is made and successful participants are given a Certificate of Participation.
Necessary Preliminary Information
There are no prerequisites for participating in the training.
Number of Participants
Maximum of 12 people per group.

Managers, human resources specialists, OHS professionals and employee representatives.
Instructor
Training is provided by experienced experts in GBVH policies, psychosocial risk management and workplace ethical culture.
