Purpose of the Service
GBVH and OHS Consultancy aims to prevent the risks of gender-based violence and harassment in the workplace, to ensure that employees have a safe and respectful working environment, and to strengthen the capacity of organizations to comply with their ethical and legal obligations.
Scope of Service
• Identifying GBVH risks in the workplace (policies, cultural dynamics, power relations, shift patterns, work environment)
• GBVH risk assessment in accordance with ISO 45001 and ILO C190 approach
• Review of the institution's existing policies, procedures, disciplinary processes and grievance mechanisms
• Establishing a secure and accessible complaint reporting mechanism (GRM)
• GBVH awareness sessions and codes of conduct for employee, manager and contractor groups
• Analyses on power imbalances, discrimination, mobbing, exclusion and perception of security in the workplace
• Structuring confidentiality, impartiality, protection and support mechanisms during the incident investigation process
• Guidance and referral mechanisms: psychological support, legal guidance, secure application system
• Determination of GBVH compliance criteria and risk controls for suppliers and contractors
• Preparation of an institution-specific GBVH Prevention and Intervention Plan
