Purpose of the Service
Climate Change Risk Assessment Consultancy aims to increase the resilience of organizations against physical and transition risks arising from climate change, to make operational and strategic impacts visible, and to create decision-making mechanisms compatible with sustainability goals.

• Physical risk analysis: extreme weather events, temperature increase, drought, flood, fire, storm, sea level rise
• Transition risk analysis: carbon regulations, market changes, consumer expectations, technology transformation

Method
Consultancy is carried out using data analysis, field surveys, satellite and climate model data, stakeholder interviews, process maps, energy-water-carbon data review, and comparative analysis with international climate scenarios.
The results are presented in the form of a physical and transition risk matrix, scenario-based vulnerability analysis, strategic adaptation recommendations and a TCFD-compliant climate risk report.
