Purpose of the Service
Psychosocial Risk Assessment Consultancy aims to systematically analyze the sources of stress, workload imbalances, communication problems and organizational pressures that affect the mental well-being of employees.
Scope of Service
• Maturity assessment of the institution's current psychosocial environment
• Identifying psychosocial hazards in accordance with ISO 45003 (workload, role ambiguity, mobbing, shift work, communication, etc.)
• Evaluation of the work environment, team dynamics, shift patterns and management approach
• Data collection through surveys, focus group discussions and individual interviews
• Classification of high-risk units, roles and working conditions
• Analyzing stress, burnout, conflict and pressure factors
• Preparation of a psychosocial risk matrix and an institution-specific prioritized action plan
• Structuring supporting systems (communication, feedback, early warning mechanisms) for managers and employees
• Recommending awareness-raising training and mental resilience programs
• Creating output sets that can be integrated into ESG and employee well-being reporting

Method

Advisory Staff
The service is provided by occupational health and safety specialists, psychologists, and Meganova consultants with experience in organizational behavior and human factors. Clinical psychology, human resources, and communication specialists are also included when necessary.
