The Goal of Education
The training aims to provide the knowledge and tools necessary to identify, assess, and manage psychosocial risks such as stress, burnout, role conflict, and organizational pressure in the workplace. Participants learn ways to increase employee resilience and strengthen psychological safety.

Education Method
Participant interaction is conducted through surveys, group discussions, and quizzes. Evaluations are conducted using real workplace scenarios.
