HSE MANAGEMENT TRAINING

The Goal of Education
This training aims to identify, control, and integrate health, environment, and safety (HSE) risks into project management processes in restoration and conservation projects on cultural heritage structures. Participants will learn safe and environmentally sound working methods in the original conditions of historic structures.
Program Content
• Definition of restoration projects, their stages and basic principles
• Structural integrity and risk analysis in historical buildings
• Risks of dust, chemicals, asbestos, lead and biological agents
• Confined space, working at height and temporary scaffolding safety
• Fire, vibration and noise control
• Environmental impacts: waste, water, energy and materials management
• The balance between work protection and security
• Emergency plans and visitor safety
• Field inspection and recording system (permit-to-work, toolbox, etc.)
• Case studies from restoration projects

Eğitim Yöntemi
Eğitim, vaka analizleri, görsel örnekler, saha fotoğrafları ve interaktif grup tartışmalarıyla yürütülür. Katılımcılar, restorasyon projelerinde karşılaşılan tipik SEÇ risklerini analiz eder ve çözüm önerileri geliştirirler.
Sertifika
Program sonunda kısa bir değerlendirme yapılır ve başarılı katılımcılara Katılım Sertifikası verilir.

Eğitime katılmak için özel bir ön koşul bulunmamaktadır.

Bir grup için en fazla 12 kişi.
Katılımcı Profili
Restorasyon ve mimarlık proje yöneticileri, şantiye mühendisleri, konservasyon uzmanları, İSG profesyonelleri ve müteahhit temsilcileri.
Eğitmen
Eğitim, kültürel miras projelerinde SEÇ uygulamaları, risk yönetimi ve yapı güvenliği alanlarında deneyimli uzmanlar tarafından verilmektedir.
