Purpose of Audit
The HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Legal Compliance Audit aims to systematically assess a company's compliance with applicable national legislation, regulations, and standards. The audit is conducted to verify the effective implementation of both administrative and technical obligations and to mitigate the risk of non-compliance.
Audit Scope
• Compliance control with Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and Emergency legislation
• Review of facility permits, licenses, environmental notifications and periodic testing records
• Legislative compliance of work equipment, chemical management, waste and emission processes
• Employment, training, health surveillance and employee representation practices
• Evaluation of environmental monitoring and reporting obligations
• Integration of legal requirements into the management system
• Control of risk assessment, drill, emergency and record documentation
• Development plan and prioritized action recommendations as a result of the audit

Yöntem ve Raporlama
Denetim; saha incelemesi, doküman analizi ve yönetici görüşmeleriyle yürütülür. Bulgular, mevzuat bazlı uyum matrisi, fotoğraf destekli saha gözlemleri ve önerilen iyileştirme aksiyonlarıyla raporlanır. Rapor, yönetimle yapılan kapanış toplantısında sunulur.
Denetim Süresi
Denetim süresi tesis büyüklüğüne, faaliyet türüne ve kapsamın genişliğine bağlı olarak değişir.

Üretim tesisleri, enerji santralleri, altyapı işletmeleri, hizmet sektörü kuruluşları ve çevre veya İSG denetimlerine tabi tüm firmalar için uygundur. Ayrıca ISO 45001, ISO 14001 veya ISO 9001 sistemlerini sürdüren kurumlar için periyodik uyum kontrolü amacıyla önerilir.
