The Goal of Education
This training helps managers understand their legal obligations, shared responsibilities, and potential legal risks related to occupational health and safety. Participants will gain knowledge of current legislation, workplace accident litigation processes, and administrative measures.

Program Content
• Managerial responsibilities of Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331
• Work accidents with criminal and compensation law aspects
• Distinction between the roles of employer, employer representative and manager
• Risk assessment, training and audit obligations
• Notification and investigation processes after a work accident
• Examples from judicial decisions and precedents
• Managerial roles in inspector audits
• Effective representation and advocacy mechanisms
• Corporate legal awareness and preventive practices

Duration of Education
1 day (8 hours)

Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, Turkish Penal Code, Code of Obligations

Education Method
The training is conducted using sample court decisions, legislative analysis, and group discussions. Participants evaluate potential managerial measures through case-based scenarios.

Certificate
At the end of the program, a short evaluation is made and successful participants are given a Certificate of Participation.

Necessary Preliminary Information
No prior knowledge is required.

Number of Participants
Maximum of 12 people per group.

Senior and middle level managers, employer representatives, supervisors and OHS professionals.
